Through the partnership we create with all clients we aim to empower them with the best in-class tools to drive property performance along with our market knowledge.

This isn’t a typical SDR position. You’ll be part of a young, ambitious team in a fast-moving, high-impact environment, gaining exposure to the entire business. You’ll have autonomy, high expectations, and the opportunity to directly influence revenue and contribute to the company’s growth.

What you’ll do

  • Be responsible for managing a sales pipeline which involves inbound and outbound cold leads
  • Qualifying, sourcing and managing leads across different property types within the short-term/serviced accommodation industry
  • Book and schedule demonstration calls where necessary with prospective clients
  • Log activity and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Act as the first point of contact to represent the company’s brand and value proposition to prospective clients
  • Provide general support with growth activities and to your manager when required

What we are looking for

  • A strong and confident communicator who is able to effectively engage audiences
  • A driven and motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team
  • An individual that is persistent in every task who can adapt and respond to dynamic situations
  • A passion and interest within the property industry both within the UK and global
  • Property industry experience preferred but not mandatory
  • This role would suit a recent graduate or those looking to get started in a sales based role

Who We’re Looking For

We don’t expect you to know everything – we’re after someone bright, curious, and ready to get stuck in. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who’s excited to work at a startup and grow quickly.

You’ll fit in if:

  • You graduated in 2023 - 2025
  • You’re organised, detail-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • You enjoy speaking with people and solving problems
  • You’re confident communicating over email and on the phone
  • You have an interest in tech, travel, hospitality or property
  • You’re based in London or able to work from our London office 3 days a week

Compensation Package

  • Competitive Salary
  • Regular team socials
  • Progression Opportunities

This is a hybrid role in which some remote work will be offered after a successful probation period. Successful candidate(s) will be expected to work from our central London office for a minimum of three days per week following probation.
