Job Description

We're looking for an SDR to drive pipeline generation and early-stage deal development across ServiceNow and enterprise transformation opportunities. Working within the Growth & Sales Enablement function, you'll engage senior stakeholders and collaborate with sales, consulting, and leadership teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outreach.


Key responsibilities

  • Lead prospecting and outreach across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
  • Engage senior stakeholders to understand challenges and position relevant solutions
  • Generate and qualify opportunities to support Account Executives
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline aligned to strategic target accounts
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activity
  • Conduct market and account research to inform targeted engagement
  • Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to refine messaging and campaigns
  • Support early-stage deal progression and go-to-market initiatives


Required experience

  • Experience in sales development, lead generation, or B2B outreach
  • Ability to engage and communicate with senior stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced consulting or technology environment


Desirable experience

  • Exposure to ServiceNow, SaaS, or digital transformation
  • Experience with enterprise clients or consulting environments
  • Strong research and personalisation capability
