Job Role: Sales Development Representative
Salary: 30K-35K Basic + uncapped commission (12K OTE)

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in a B2B sales role is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Technology fluent: Comfortable adapting to new technologies and leveraging AI in day-to-day work

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the outbound engine: Drive high-quality prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn

Execute ABM strategy: Research accounts, uncover pain points, and engage buying committees

Qualify & convert: Book quality discovery meetings based on fit, need, and urgency

Leverage tech & AI: Use HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and AI tools to personalise outreach and gain insights

Be curious: Understand customer businesses, not just sell services

Attend training sessions to continuously develop skills
