We are recruiting for a passionate sales driven individual, to join our dynamic team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to build and grow our sales portfolio, whilst representing a well-respected brand known for its quality and creativity.

Role Overview


With at least 3 years demonstrable experience of working within the FF&E sector, the candidate will be responsible for providing an outstanding level of support to our clients, whilst assisting them in successfully completing projects using a variety of furniture designs within the Blue Label collection. The candidate will be confident in meeting clients face to face whilst building close working relationships, as well as providing office-based support to the team.


The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling furniture products within the high-end interior design sector. You will leverage your existing network, industry knowledge, passion and relationship-building skills to help drive new business whilst maintaining existing client relationships.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Development & Relationship Building: Proactively source and build relationships with interior designers, architects, specifiers, and hospitality professionals to generate leads and convert them into clients.


New Business: Seek new business opportunities with potential clients with the aim of developing long lasting relationships.


Target Based Sales: The Sales Development Manager will be required to work towards their individual sales commission figures to enable them to meet set targets and reach Company objectives.


Client Facing Events: The role will include assisting with organising and attending marketing and trade events to showcase the collection.


Key Qualifications & Experience


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or account management within the furniture industry, specifically targeting interior designers, architects and hospitality clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Exceptional organisational skills along with strong attention to detail in the completion and execution of tasks.
  •  Ability to work with independently with a high level of initiative, as well as having a team player mentality.
  • Comfortable in using Microsoft Office packages (Including Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
  • Familiarity with reading and understanding CAD drawings would be an advantage, but not essential. There will be further training for this role provided by the Company as part of our employee development program.
