Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Rugby. As a Sales Consultant, you will assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs, build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and manage the sales process from start to finish. The role also involves consulting with customers to understand their requirements and finding customized solutions while achieving sales targets. Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand and address customer needs effectively. Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to deliver a positive experience. Excellent Communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and targets. High enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a customer-focused mindset. Knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus but not mandatory.
