Do you work in Internal Sales and want to join a business who.. Have outperformed the market in 2025!? Have a structured, in depth induction and invest in you heavily in the first six months to make sure you’re comfortable and not just throw you on the phone? (You will need to go to Europe for a week in the first month) Have a supportive management team who will support you every step of the way? Have good incentives for individuals and the team?

We’re an international business ran autonomously in the UK with a small but strong team. with c.20 in the team we turnover in excess of £10m. We work and supply to the best of British Manufacturers.
The job is fast paced, busy and you'll wear a few hats! You’ll be doing the whole process from cradle to grave. Working with leads, existing customers to grow their sales, lapsed customers etc. From lead to placing the order and aftersales you will own it!
