Job Title: Sales Associate – Victoria Beckham Concession, Harvey Nichols


Role Summary

As a Sales Associate for the Victoria Beckham concession within Harvey Nichols, you will deliver an exceptional luxury client experience, embody the brand values, and support the achievement of sales targets. You will act as a brand ambassador, providing personalised service, cultivating client relationships, and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities


Client Service & Sales

  • Deliver a premium and personalised client experience consistent with the Victoria Beckham brand.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build strong client relationships through effective communication, follow-up, and clienteling.
  • Confidently introduce customers to new collections, styling options, and product features.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns with professionalism.


Clienteling & CRM

  • Maintain and grow an active client book with regular outreach and relationship-building.
  • Capture and utilise client data to support long-term customer loyalty.
  • Assist with private appointments and events as required.


Product Knowledge

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of all product categories, materials, and craftsmanship.
  • Stay informed about new collections, brand stories, and visual guidelines.
  • Communicate product features and styling advice confidently to clients.


Operational Excellence

  • Maintain impeccable concession standards, including visual merchandising, stock presentation, and fitting room upkeep.
  • Support stock replenishment, transfers, and deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with Harvey Nichols and Victoria Beckham operational policies and procedures.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.


Teamwork & Brand Ambassadorship

  • Work collaboratively with concession and store teams to support overall business performance.
  • Uphold brand values and represent Victoria Beckham with professionalism and authenticity.
  • Contribute positively to the team environment, sharing feedback and supporting new colleagues.


Skills & Experience


Essential

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion.
  • Proven sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clienteling abilities.
  • Strong sense of personal style aligned with the Victoria Beckham brand aesthetic.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer focus.


Desirable

  • Experience working in a concession environment.
