Sales Assistant – Independent Health Food Store (Chelsea, London)

Required: Education in Nutrition / Nutritional Therapy / Naturopathy / Herbal Medicine / Health Coaching, OR substantial experience in a health store with strong supplement and healthcare knowledge.

We are an independent health food store in Chelsea seeking a full-time Sales Assistants –either 4 or 5 days a week– to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience as well as an educational background in nutrition or other health-related studies. Strong knowledge of supplements and natural health products is essential.

About the Role:

As a Sales Assistant, you will play an active role in supporting customers and maintaining the smooth running of the shop. Responsibilities include:

•\tProviding knowledgeable, friendly customer service

•\tRecommending supplements, health foods, and natural skincare products

•\tAssisting with sales and daily store operations

•\tPricing stock, processing invoices, and helping with general shop upkeep

•\tWorking collaboratively as part of a team

•\tBeing flexible and open to weekend shifts
