Job Title: Revenue Protection Analyst (Part Time) Location: Chandlers Ford / Hybrid Salary: £27,976 Per Annum (Pro-Rata) Hours: 20 hours per week Role Overview Working as part of the Revenue Protection team, you will investigate and support the recovery of outstanding monies owed to Utilita, liaising with customers, internal departments, and third parties regarding meters. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Case manage raised enquiries regarding customer meters with abnormal activity alerts. Use Utilita and third‑party systems to identify potential fraud. Work closely with third‑party warrant agencies to manage and resolve daily issues related to warrants.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of revenue protection processes and the ability to proactively identify and implement improvements. Methodical approach and ability to follow processes to make logical decisions. Inquisitive and curious nature with a keen eye for detail to understand and correct any anomalies.
