Job Title: Revenue Protection Analyst (Part Time) Location: Chandlers Ford / Hybrid Salary: £27,976 per annum (Pro‑Rata) Hours: 20 hours per week Revenue protection involves investigating and recovering outstanding monies owed to Utilita via customer, internal, and third‑party interactions. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in dealing with revenue protection processes, including debt warrants. Key Responsibilities

Case‑manage enquiries regarding customer meters with abnormal activity alerts. Use Utilita and third‑party systems to identify potential fraud. Work closely with third‑party warrant agencies to manage and resolve daily warrant‑related issues. Liaise with customers, internal departments, and third parties concerning meter‑related matters.

Qualifications Applicants should have strong knowledge of revenue protection processes, be methodical, and able to follow procedures to make logical decisions. A curious nature, keen eye for detail, and the ability to proactively identify and implement improvements are essential.
