Snapshot of your role Lead and manage the recovery of sundry debts, including former tenant arrears, leasehold charges,rechargesand other non-rent income streams Manage,supportand develop the Revenue Maximisation Team, setting targets, holding regular 1-2-1s and monitoring performance against KPIs
