Retrofit Coordinator – Manchester | £45K–£55K + £4,500 Car Allowance | Hybrid

Exciting opportunity to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy delivering residential and public sector projects across the UK. Be at the heart of a major regeneration programme, leading retrofit projects to PAS 2035 standards and making homes more energy efficient and sustainable.

Your Role

• Oversee retrofit projects from assessment to completion (PAS 2035)

• Coordinate with assessors, designers & installers

• Review assessments, designs & technical documentation

• Conduct site visits and liaise with residents, clients & stakeholders

Skills & Experience Required

• Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management ✅

• Experience in retrofit coordination within housing sector

• Understanding of PAS 2035 & domestic energy efficiency

• Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle
