TSA surveying is partnering with a respected Retrofit specialist, looking to appoint a Retrofit Assessor to support their continued growth within the housing sector.

About the Role As a Retrofit Assessor, you will carry out assessments in line with PAS 2035, supporting the delivery of energy-efficient, low-carbon homes.
Youll manage your own workload, conduct site visits, analyse data, and produce detailed technical reports.
Requirements Undertake retrofit assessments in accordance with PAS 2035 Carry out on-site surveys and home visits Analyse property data and identify improvement opportunities Produce accurate technical reports and documentation Manage your own diary and appointments Maintain detailed client and project records Provide guidance to homeowners on low-carbon solutions Support Retrofit Coordinators and wider project delivery Ensure compliance with processes, procedures, and confidentiality standards About You Qualified Retrofit Assessor (essential) Proven experience in retrofit or energy efficiency projects Strong understanding of low-carbon technologies (e.g.
insulation, heating systems) Ability to measure properties and produce floor plans Experience using modelling/software tools (2D/3D) Strong analytical, xehkeey organisational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and report-writing ability Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Self-motivated with strong time management skills Passionate about sustainability and improving housing standa Location Yorkshire & East Midlands (field-based role) If you are interested in the Retrofit Assesor role, apply online now.
