This flagship healthcare retail site is offering a hot food service, salad bar, and self-serve coffee.
As Retail Manager, you’ll oversee the restaurant, manage and inspire the team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, guide and support catering staff to ensure effective performance and compliance with company standards and policies. Drive income, GP levels and budget performance across all cost centres, maintaining strong financial controls.
