Retail Branch Manager – Fulham 40 hours per week over 5 days. Monday to Friday with Saturday on a rota. Competitive salary plus pension and company benefits. We have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated Retail Branch Manager to lead the team at our busy branch in Fulham. Our branch stocks a great range of decorating products from Dulux, Johnstone's, Crown, Farrow & Ball and many more, as well as woodcare, wallpapers and decorating sundries. Branch opening hours: Monday to Friday 7.00am‑5pm and Saturday 8am‑5pm. Managing a team of 3, you will play a vital part in serving customers and keeping the branch running smoothly. Demonstrate management or supervisory experience in a similar or relevant role. Develop a team. Achieve sales targets and generate new business. Be enthusiastic and proactive about selling and inspire staff to achieve high levels of customer service. Understand our focus on customer service and other Brewers values. Represent the company positively to a wide range of customers. Work on your own initiative. Knowledge of the local area would be beneficial.
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive excellence. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, to understand and translate customer requirements into product recommendations. Previous experience in the decorative industry would be an advantage (training provided). Approachable, open and friendly personality, happy to help customers and colleagues. Enjoy working and supporting a team, but can also work independently. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business. Willing to attend training to become a Fire.
