An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and passionate Brasserie Manager to lead a front-of-house team within a prestigious educational and events venue in Central London. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives in a versatile hospitality environment, encompassing café, brasserie, terrace, and event services.
As Brasserie Manager, youll be at the forefront of the guest experienceensuring smooth daily operations, consistently high service standards, and engaging, memorable interactions. You will collaborate closely with the culinary and events teams to design seasonal menus, oversee service delivery, and contribute to overall business growth.
This position is particularly well suited to a current hospitality manager from a commercial background seeking to transition into the contract catering sector. Were looking for a forward-thinking, service-driven professional ready to lead a thriving front-of-house operation in a respected and fast-paced education and events environment.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across café, brasserie, terrace, and bar services. Support & coordinate internal events, hospitality services, and private functions. Maintain exceptional service standards. Drive sales and customer engagement through innovative menu offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with the client & stakeholders. Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service. Collaborate with chefs and events teams on menu planning and service coordination. Control budgets, manage stock levels & orders ensuring cost-effective operations. Address and resolve guest feedback with professionalism.
About You: Proven experience managing FOH operations in a brasserie style / smart casual dining fast paced environment. A true passion for delivering high-quality food and service. Strong commercial acumen, with experience in budget and cost management. Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Confident in managing teams and leading by example. Highly organised with strong planning skills. Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated.
