Our client is a leading independent firm delivering expert residential, commercial, and industrial surveying services. They are expanding nationwide, and are seeking an RICS Surveyor to carry out inspections, produce high-quality reports, and provide trusted advice.

The role:

• Conduct residential (and optional commercial) property inspections in line with RICS standards.
• Prepare accurate, detailed reports, building surveys, condition reports, and valuations.
• Provide expert advice on repairs, maintenance, and building regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, codes of practice, and RICS regulations.

What they’re looking for:

• Chartered Surveyor (AssocRICS or MRICS).
• Experience in residential or commercial surveys.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
