Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project cost objectives are met. Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and monitor expenditure against timelines. Implement best practices and methodologies for cost control, measurement, and valuation. Identify, track, and mitigate potential commercial and contractual risks. Deliver regular cost reports and financial updates to senior management.
