An award-winning and rapidly expanding law firm is seeking a talented Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to join their growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ambitious, driven, and eager to play an active role in the future success of a dynamic firm. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and procedural knowledge, along with a passion for supporting and mentoring junior colleagues. You will be highly organised, an excellent communicator, and a strong team player.


Responsibilities


  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from pre-exchange through to completion
  • Advising on the sale and purchase of a full range of residential property matters, including plot sales and actions for developers
  • Providing confident, tailored advice to local and national clients, including high-net-worth individuals
  • Ensuring excellent file management and organisational practices
  • Supporting junior team members with guidance and knowledge sharing
  • Contributing to the continued growth and success of the department


Qualifications


  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with substantial experience in residential property
  • Strong technical understanding of residential conveyancing
  • Proven experience handling a diverse caseload independently
  • Excellent communication and client-care skills
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • A collaborative and proactive team player
