A Top 100 UK law firm is seeking a Residential Property Associate to join their London team. You will be part of a national team of 30 lawyers, including a specialist London team of 5 focused on high-net-worth individuals and residential property transactions. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor or licensed conveyancer with 3–4 years PQE to work on a variety of residential property matters for private clients and private banks.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage a caseload of files and handle property transactions efficiently.
  • Provide commercially astute legal advice while maintaining a high standard of client service.
  • Work closely with partners and senior lawyers to prepare solutions, scope work, and deliver on client expectations.
  • Develop client relationships and build your profile as a Residential Property lawyer.
  • Support business development initiatives, including networking, client pitches, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Contribute to the success of a small, collaborative team while collaborating with the broader national network.
  • Candidate Requirements:


    • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx with 3–4 years PQE.
    • Experience within a residential property team, ideally in the London market.
    • Strong client/project management skills and a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
    • Highly organised, able to prioritise effectively, and comfortable working in a small, collaborative team.
