Job Description: About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor to join our client's growing conveyancing department. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven legal professional with a minimum of two years residential conveyancing experience who is confident managing their own caseload and supporting junior team members. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the firms ongoing growth and success. Key Responsibilities Conveyancing Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including: Sale and purchase Transfer of equity Remortgages Leasehold transactions Bridging loans and bridging finance Ensure all work is legally compliant, accurate, and completed within required timescales.
