This dynamic and growing team is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a passion for high-tech solutions and exceptional client service. Your Role: As a key member of the team, you will independently manage a diverse caseload, including: Leasehold and freehold transactions. Registered and unregistered property matters. Sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages. Youll play a vital role in ensuring seamless client journeys, progressing matters efficiently while maintaining impeccable file organisation. To thrive in this role, the following skills are essential: A qualified professional (CILEx, SRA, or CLC) with at least 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE). Proven ability to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload independently from instruction to completion. proficiency in legal software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
