Block Manager Cambridge Salary: Up to £45,000 Working Pattern: Hybrid (after initial settling in period) An established and well regarded property management business is looking to appoint an experienced Block Manager to join their Cambridge team. This role offers a balanced hybrid working arrangement and a well structured portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Managing a residential block portfolio end to end
Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders and directors
Carrying out site inspections and overseeing maintenance works
Preparing and managing service charge budgets
Instructing and managing contractors and consultants
Ensuring compliance with health and safety and lease obligations
Attending and chairing AGMs and directors meetings
Requirements: Proven experience in residential block management
Strong understanding of service charges and leasehold legislation
Confident communicator with good organisational skills
Knowledge of property management systems beneficial
