Key Responsibilities: Managing a residential block portfolio end to end Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders and directors Carrying out site inspections and overseeing maintenance works Preparing and managing service charge budgets Instructing and managing contractors and consultants Ensuring compliance with health and safety and lease obligations Attending and chairing AGMs and directors meetings Requirements: Proven experience in residential block management Strong understanding of service charges and leasehold xbpsjku legislation Confident communicator with good organisational skills Knowledge of property management systems beneficial This is an excellent opportunity for a capable Block Manager looking for progression, flexibility, and a supportive working environment.
