We’re looking for ambitious recent graduates to join our team as we scale. Joining as a Researcher, you’ll play a key role in our executive search team – supporting delivery of mandates through structured research, market mapping, and candidate engagement. This is a role for detail-driven individuals who want to play a part in shaping leadership and executive teams in industry-leading organisations.

What you’ll be doing: Conducting market research to identify companies, structures, and leadership talent. Building out longlists and pipelines of senior candidates for retained search mandates. Supporting outreach campaigns and managing early-stage candidate engagement. Preparing briefing packs, insight reports, and pitch material for client meetings. Feeding intelligence into the team to support delivery and inform commercial decisions.

What we’re looking for: A 2:1 degree (or equivalent), with 12-24 months of post-uni experience (grad scheme, ...
