Qurated is a fast-scaling executive search and consulting firm. We help industry-leading businesses across financial services, legal, and insurance to find and secure senior leadership talent for business-critical roles.

We’re looking for ambitious recent graduates to join our team as we scale. Joining as a Researcher, you’ll play a key role in our executive search team – supporting delivery of mandates through structured research, market mapping, and candidate engagement. This is a role for detail-driven individuals who want to play a part in shaping leadership and executive teams in industry-leading organisations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Conducting market research to identify companies, structures, and leadership talent.
• Building out longlists and pipelines of senior candidates for retained search mandates.
• Supporting outreach campaigns and managing early-stage candidate engagement.
• Preparing briefing packs, insight reports, and pitch material for client meetings.
• Feeding intelligence into the team to support delivery and inform commercial decisions.

What we’re looking for:

• A 2:1 degree (or equivalent), with 12-24 months of post-uni experience (grad scheme, internship, commercial role, or similar).
• Clear evidence of drive – academic, sporting, entrepreneurial, or otherwise.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging senior professionals.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of your learning.
• Consistency, resilience, and attention to detail.
