Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in line with regulatory and clinical standards.
Assess, review, and maintain care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and professionals.
Administer and record medications in line with policy and professional guidance.
Support and supervise care staff to maintain high-quality care delivery.

About You
Registered Nurse with active NMC registration.
Experience working in a nursing home, care home, or similar clinical setting.
Confidence managing clinical responsibilities within a regulated care environment.
