About the Company You will be joining an established care provider operating multiple nursing and residential services across the UK. The organisation is values-led and family-oriented, with a strong focus on dignity, inclusion, staff wellbeing, and consistent standards of care.

Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in line with regulatory and clinical standards. Assess, review, and maintain care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and professionals. Administer and record medications in line with policy and professional guidance. Support and supervise care staff to maintain high-quality care delivery.

About You Registered Nurse with active NMC registration. Experience working in a nursing home, care home, or similar clinical setting. Confidence managing clinical responsibilities within a regulated care environment.
