This is a chance to lead a motivated team and set a standard for excellence in care.Key Responsibilities: As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the home, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding outcomes for young people.Your responsibilities will include:Leading person-centred services that prioritise safety, wellbeing, and development Supervising and coaching Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining inspection-ready standards Managing budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently Using IT systems to monitor staff performance, incidents, training, and occupancy Building strong relationships with external professionals and agencies to enhance the service and support referrals Driving staff development and continuous learning to create a high-performing team Leading service improvements and implementing best practice Requirements: Were looking for a proactive, resilient, and inspirational leader.
