Job Title: Registered Manager Location: Redruth, Cornwall Salary: £38,000 per annum

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed residential service in Redruth, Cornwall. The service supports individuals with Learning Disabilities, complex needs, and Autism, delivering person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and positive outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader to join a well-established service, supported by an experienced Deputy Manager already in post.

Key Responsibilities: Provide strong, values-led leadership to the service and staff team Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and support Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and best practice Lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve excellent outcomes Build and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, professionals, and families Oversee operational management, including staffing, quality assurance, and service performance Utilise systems and technology effectively to support service delivery and reporting
