This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-established, high-performing service with strong foundations, excellent staff retention, and real scope to shape and grow.The RoleAs Registered Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a complex care setting, leading from the front while ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. You will:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of circa 40 staffOversee site leads and senior team membersDrive best practice in supporting individuals with challenging behaviourEnsure full CQC and safeguarding compliance at all timesManage assessments, reviews, and operational performanceBuild strong relationships with stakeholders and external professionalsWhat We're Looking ForWe need a confident, resilient leader who can balance people leadership with regulatory excellence.
