We're recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead an Outstanding-rated service supporting individuals with autism, dual diagnosis, personality disorders, and challenging behaviours .

The Role
As Registered Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a complex care setting, leading from the front while ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
You will:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of circa 40 staff Oversee site leads and senior team members Drive best practice in supporting individuals with challenging behaviour Ensure full CQC and safeguarding compliance at all times Manage assessments, reviews, and operational performance Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external professionals
