My client is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a team and oversee the operations of a super 8 bed Service that supports individuals with Mental Health and LD needs.

We are looking for a Manager who is:
Experienced as a Registered Manager or a very experienced deputy who is looking for their first registration
Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities, Mental Health
Demonstrates positive values
Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
