We are looking for a Manager who is: Experienced as a Registered Manager or a very experienced deputy who is looking for their first registration Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Demonstrates positive values Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice There is a super salary of c £45k/47k DOE and a real opportunity to grow your career within the group as many of the senior leaders have in this organisation Work for a supportive and caring provider who puts residents and their staff needs first Ongoing Training and Development Supported by an award winning Learning and Development...
