My client is looking for an experienced leader to support them in 4 bedded Residential Home based within the community and with a specialist approach to Emotional Behavioural Difficulties.

About your role as Children's Residential Registered Manager:

Following a recent Ofsted inspection, we’re looking for an experienced Manager who has an extensive background in Ofsted-led improvement relating staff culture and team morale. You will be required to complete the full Ofsted Registration and all processes surrounding this. Supporting the Ofsted improvement agenda through leading/delegating responsibilities to support effective long-term change. Compliance, including extensive knowledge of the regulations. Process management, including staffing rota system, interim staff management during staff absence, staff supervisions, training and case file audits for children.
