Children's Residential Registered Manager \n6 month interim contract \n£400 - £425 per day (Inside IR35)\nNorth East England \n \nInterviews taking place W/C 19th January \n \nA fantastic opportunity for an experienced Children's Residential Registered Manager who is passionate about delivering improved outcomes through programmes of change in a Residential Setting. \n \nMy client is looking for an experienced leader to support them in 4 bedded Residential Home based within the community and with a specialist approach to Emotional Behavioural Difficulties. \n \nAbout your role as Children's Residential Registered Manager:\n\nFollowing a recent Ofsted inspection, we’re looking for an experienced Manager who has an extensive background in Ofsted-led improvement relating staff culture and team morale.\nYou will be required to complete the full Ofsted Registration and all processes surrounding this.\nSupporting the Ofsted improvement agenda through leading/delegating responsibilities to support effective long-term change.\nCompliance, including extensive knowledge of the regulations.\nProcess management, including staffing rota system, interim staff management during staff absence, staff supervisions, training and case file audits for children.\nSupporting of recruitment and retention of staff – team culture.
\nLeadership/behavioural change to align with routines and patterns to benefit the young people in the unit.\nStaff development, including action plans, training sessions & materials, resource allocation, and impact risk assessments for changes made. \n \nYour required experience as a Children's Residential Registered Manager \n\nYou will be an established senior leader with recent experience in a children's residential setting as a registered manager.\nDemonstrable background establishing long term embedded change to be child-led whilst also demonstrating improved practice and outcomes in accordance with Ofsted regulations.\nExperience Registered Manager within minimum 2x RM posts or 2 years’ experience.\nAbility to identify positive outcomes or change within a Residential setting.\n \nIf you’re interested in discussing this opportunity in more detail or know someone who this may be of interest to, please contact me on (phone number removed) or apply today.\n\n(We offer a senior referral scheme upon successful placement of your recommendation so please do get in contact)\nOur clients are passionate about creating and evolving a diverse workforce and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant.
