We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a lovely, well-established 3-bed EBD children's home in Ashford.

This is a settled, well-supported home with a strong staff team already in place, making it an excellent opportunity for an established RM or a confident Deputy Manager ready to step up.

As Registered Manager, you will:

Hold full operational responsibility for the home Lead, inspire, and develop the staff team Ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance at all times Maintain and improve Ofsted outcomes Oversee care planning, risk management, and behaviour support Promote a positive, open, and supportive cultureAbout You
