We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a lovely, well-established 3-bed EBD children's home in Ashford.

This is a settled, well-supported home with a strong staff team already in place, making it an excellent opportunity for an established RM or a confident Deputy Manager ready to step up.

As Registered Manager, you will:

Hold full operational responsibility for the home
Lead, inspire, and develop the staff team
Ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance at all times
Maintain and improve Ofsted outcomes
Oversee care planning, risk management, and behaviour support
Promote a positive, open, and supportive cultureAbout You

Experience in children's residential care (EBD essential)
Registered Manager experience OR Deputy Manager ready to step up
Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and inspections
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willing to complete)
Confident managing challenging behaviours
Organised, resilient, and child-focused in your leadership styleWhat's On Offer
