We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of our care home specialising in senior care, including dementia and Alzheimer's care. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care completing care plans using Person Centred Software , compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a compassionate environment for residents. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a leadership professional with a background in a residential care setting, assisted living, or home care to make a meaningful difference within our organisation.
Duties Lead and manage the care home team, providing supervision and support to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans using Person Centred Software tailored to residents' individual needs, including medication administration and specialised dementia or Alzheimer’s care.
To complete personalised care plans using Person Centred Software Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices within the adult social care sector. Is highly desirable.
