The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care completing care plans using Person Centred Software , compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a compassionate environment for residents.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a leadership professional with a background in a residential care setting, assisted living, or home care to make a meaningful difference within our organisation. \n Duties \n* Lead and manage the care home team, providing supervision and support to ensure high-quality care delivery. \n* Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans using Person Centred Software tailored to residents' individual needs, including medication administration and specialised dementia or Alzheimer’s care.
