£58k - £62k + 45% annual bonus


We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join the team of a national company that supplies specialist equipment to the construction industry. Our client has a great reputation in the construction hire industry. The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of Area Sales Representatives across the region and be responsible for driving profitable sales growth, developing key customer relationships, and ensuring the regional sales team delivers against revenue targets.

Working closely with senior management and regional teams, you will play a key role in delivering strategic growth and maintaining high performance across all divisions.

Role & Responsibilities


  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Area Sales Reps.
  • Drive profitable revenue growth across the region and its depot.
  • Conduct regular field visits with sales representatives, including joint meetings.
  • Monitor sales activity, pipeline, and opportunities through CRM system.
  • Analyse sales performance and conversion rates across new and existing account.
  • Produce monthly reports and performance updates for senior leadership.
  • Support the development of sales strategies to maximise opportunities.


Skills & Experience Required


  • Proven experience in a sales leadership or regional sales management role
  • Strong track record of delivering sales growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Experience managing and developing field-based sales teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
  • Strong organisational and reporting abilities
  • A proactive, results-driven approach
