As the team develops, there is clear progression into a leadership role.What You’ll DoOriginate and structure ABL and Invoice Finance facilities from £1m–£10m.Generate new business opportunities across your region.Build and manage a high-quality loan portfolio within risk appetite.Prepare concise credit submissions, clearly outlining risks and mitigants.Develop strong introducer relationships (corporate finance advisers, debt specialists, brokers).Act as an ambassador for the Growth Finance proposition internally and externally.Work closely with credit and operations teams to deliver seamless funding solutions.What We’re Looking ForStrong experience in SME working capital finance, particularly ABL and Invoice Finance.Proven origination track record in the £1m–£10m space.Excellent financial analysis and commercial judgement.An established introducer network and regional market knowledge. #J-18808-Ljbffr
