Regional Lead - Growth Finance (Origination)

We are hiring two Regional Leads – Growth Finance to originate and deliver working capital solutions, including Asset-Based Lending (ABL) and Invoice Finance, across:
Scotland North East England

What You’ll Do
Originate and structure ABL and Invoice Finance facilities from £1m–£10m. Generate new business opportunities across your region. Build and manage a high-quality loan portfolio within risk appetite. Prepare concise credit submissions, clearly outlining risks and mitigants. Develop strong introducer relationships (corporate finance advisers, debt specialists, brokers). Act as an ambassador for the Growth Finance proposition internally and externally. Work closely with credit and operations teams to deliver seamless funding solutions.
