They’re now looking for an experienced Regional Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth across the South East — winning new intermediary relationships, elevating brand presence, and generating quality lending opportunities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong broker network, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for driving commercial performance within a dynamic, product-led lending environment.
What You’ll Do
As Regional BDM, you’ll be the face of the business across the South East, actively promoting the lender’s proposition and delivering high-quality pipelines through strong market engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building, managing, and growing relationships with brokers, networks, and intermediaries
* Driving new business acquisition across the region
* Delivering product updates, workshops, and presentations to key partners
* Developing a deep understanding of lending products and criteria
* Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to completion in partnership with underwriting teams
* Attending industry events, roadshows, and broker visits to grow brand awareness
* Providing vital market feedback to shape future product development and strategy
* Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
What You’ll Bring
* Experience as a BDM in specialist lending, e.g. personal loans, secured lending, consumer finance, mortgages, or fintech lending
* Strong broker/intermediary network within the South East region
* Proven track record of delivering against targets
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work autonomously with a commercial, solutions-led mindset
* Comfortable with field-based, high-activity business development
* Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools to support sales performance
Why Join?
You’ll be joining a high-growth, forward-thinking lender with an excellent reputation and a modern product set.
