£58,500 + Company Car + Package

Full Time - 40 Hours (Monday-Friday with flexibility required)

An established national FM provider is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Supervisor to oversee a supermarket contract across London and Kent.

This is a key regional leadership role, responsible for managing refrigeration engineers, driving technical standards, and ensuring full compliance across a busy retail estate.

You will take ownership of PPM, reactive, and testing workstreams while acting as the technical lead for refrigeration within your region. This position combines technical oversight with team management, compliance responsibility, and KPI delivery.
Key responsibilities include:

• 
  Leading and planning refrigeration teams

• Driving 100% PPM completion and contractual KPI performance
• 
  Managing rotas, standby, holiday approvals, and overtime control
• 
  Overseeing recruitment and engineer performance reviews
• 
  Acting as the F-Gas compliance lead for the region
• 
  Completing audits, toolbox talks, and H&S inspections
• 
  Managing labour resource and regional budgets
• 
  Building strong working relationships with store and client stakeholders

You will be responsible for maintaining high safety and regulatory standards while ensuring service performance targets are consistently achieved.

• 
  NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds 2078/2079 (or equivalent)
• 
  Strong commercial refrigeration background
• 
  Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• 
  Experience within FM or multi-site supermarket environments
• 
  CO2 experience is highly desirable
• 
  Strong understanding of compliance and PPM delivery
• 
  Commercial awareness and budget management experience
• 
  Good IT skills and experience using CAFM systems
• 
  Full UK driving licence

This role would suit either an established Supervisor or a Senior Engineer with CO2 experience ready to step into a leadership position.
