Refrigeration Supervisor London & Kent £58,500 + Company Car + Package Full Time - 40 Hours (Monday-Friday with flexibility required)An established national FM provider is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Supervisor to oversee a supermarket contract across London and Kent.This is a key regional leadership role, responsible for managing refrigeration engineers, driving technical standards, and ensuring full compliance across a busy retail estate.The RoleYou will take ownership of PPM, reactive, and testing workstreams while acting as the technical lead for refrigeration within your region.
