Were looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator (ideally with social care experience) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of people-focused work. Youll play a key role in attracting and supporting the right individuals into care careers, working closely with Registered and Operational Managers across the business. From UK to international recruitment, youll help ensure every step of the process is smooth, compliant, and reflects our valueswhile making a genuine difference to the quality of care we provide. Youll need to be organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities, with the flexibility to support occasional weekends, bank holidays, and attend events representing Altogether Care.
