Youll play a key role in attracting and supporting the right individuals into care careers, working closely with Registered and Operational Managers across the business.From UK to international recruitment, youll help ensure every step of the process is smooth, compliant, and reflects our valueswhile making a genuine difference to the quality of care we provide.Youll need to be organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities, with the flexibility to support occasional weekends, bank holidays, and attend events representing Altogether Care.What youll be doingCoordinating the full recruitment journey across care servicesKeeping our Care Friends Refer a Friend programme active and engagingManaging our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring everything is accurate, compliant, and up to dateSupporting both UK and international recruitment, including sponsorship processesBuilding strong, trusted relationships with managers and understanding the challenges of social care recruitmentWorking closely as part of a supportive, collaborative teamDelivering a positive, professional experience for every candidate and hiring managerStaying organised, positive and responsive in a fast-moving environmentEnsuring all recruitment activity meets CQC, Home Office, and employment law requirementsIdentify staff retention as a key focus area, carrying out surveys and sharing insights and findings with managers What youll bringRecruitment experience (social care would be a real advantage)Understanding or exposure to CQC, Home Office requirements, and HR lawStrong organisation and the ability to prioritise effectivelyConfidence working at pace without losing attention to detailExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA flexible, proactive approachFull UK driving licenceAbout The RoleWhy join us?At Altogether Care, people matter.
