This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing international hospitality group, supporting the full recruitment process across our UK venues. You’ll play a key role in ensuring an exceptional candidate and manager experience, helping us attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Recruitment Manager in all aspects of the recruitment cycle, from vacancy brief to onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews, trial shifts, and recruitment activities across our London venues.
• Conduct telephone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and update job platforms.
• Manage candidate communication, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activity.
• Represent Fundamental Hospitality at career fairs and recruitment events.
• Support ad hoc recruitment projects and initiatives as required.

About You

• Previous experience in a recruitment, coordination, or HR support role; ideally within hospitality or luxury environments.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A strong command of the French language is highly desirable due to planned future openings.
• Professional, approachable, and passionate about people.
