Recruitment Coordinator
My client, a leading global law firm, is looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support its lateral hiring activity across the business. The role sits within a collaborative HR and recruitment function and works closely with recruiters, hiring managers and wider HR teams.
The role
You will play a key role in delivering a high‑quality recruitment experience, supporting the coordination and administration of lateral recruitment processes. Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a first point of contact for candidates and managing recruitment inboxes and diaries
- Coordinating interviews and recruitment activity, including liaising with candidates, agencies and internal stakeholders
- Supporting the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including application management and candidate communications
- Maintaining accurate candidate data across recruitment and HR systems
- Assisting with onboarding and pre‑employment administration for new hires
- Supporting recruitment‑related projects, reporting and documentation
- Contributing to recruitment communications and employer brand activity where required
About you
You will be highly organised, detail‑focused and a confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working to deadlines, and supporting a range of stakeholders across the business. Previous experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration within a professional services environment would be advantageous.
